It’s so good to have you here.
I’m mostly a mom.
But I’m also a wife, a fitness trainer, a business partner, an entrepreneur, an expert in family meal planning (by desperation) and I’m getting better and better at living life by design. My design.
Over the last several years I’ve become, well…maybe obsessed is a good word to use here, to describe my dedication to learning the ‘simplest’ and most effective ways to implement greater health, joy and peace into my life and our family.
We have 6 children (hence the ‘mostly a mom’ part of my life) but I’m dedicated to helping other moms – like you – learn and put into practice simple ways:
to make your workout possible,
your healthy homemade meal prep easier (especially if you don’t have time to be in the kitchen at meal prep time)
the small and simple things that make the great things happen (like the split second between an outburst from an angry child and my response), and…how it makes the difference between a disaster of an evening and immediately diffusing the situation.
