because sometimes I just want some pizza

I’m always on the hunt to find delicious gluten free pizza crust recipes.  

I’m new to gluten free cooking and my attempts to throw something gluten free together have been less than successful to say the least.

And sometimes, I just want some pizza.

Here are 3 recipes I’ve gathered from Pinterest

and I’m going to try them in the course of the next month or so.

1.  Pan Pizza

This blogger, Briana Thomas, uses her gluten free, nut free, sugar free baking mix in the crust.

2. Blend and Pour Red Lentil Pizza Crust

And check this one out!  It’s a blend and pour.

That sounds easy.

I’ve not worked much with red lentils but I’ll give it a try.

This one looks like a great one when I’m in the mood for a thin crust pizza. I found it at viedelavegan.com.
