Once I receive your application, I’ll be in touch shortly. You will then get a link to book a free Discovery Call.

I’ll also include an Intro Questionnaire for you to fill out before our call to be able to start to get to know you and your business a little better.

(If you don’t see my email be sure to check other folders emails sometimes end up, like Other, Spam, Junk, Promo, etc)

On our discovery call, we’ll talk through the questionnaire and I’ll walk you through my process step by step so you understand start-to-finish what that process looks like.

That way we can decide if we’re a good fit.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll choose the website build dates. (No worries, if we’re not a good fit, I offer suggestions of other platforms and/or designers.)

I send you the contract to sign (contract is good at that price for 2 weeks).

The first third of your contract price is due at time of contract signing to reserve the build dates we agreed on.

Once contract is signed and payment is made, it’s time to book your Content & Strategy Call.

Once we’re official, I email you a Welcome Package with all of the planners and content collection materials you will need for the website build.

All of the content and assets need to be gathered before the build begins.

That way I can focus around your content and highlight all the important aspects to guide visitors where you want them to go.

By the end of the strategy call we will have a site map, a sketched outline of each page and an idea of the design direction.

Note: Most clients book their design start date about a month before the anticipated website launch. This gives you enough time to get all of those content pieces together without having added stress. We can talk through that on our consultation call.

I’ll walk you through your custom help videos and answer any questions.

The Launch & Celebrate Call is a recorded screen share zoom call, tailored to you and your website, where I share my screen and show you EVERYTHING about how your entire site works.

✔️ If your site has blogging, I’ll cover the blogging platform in depth.

✔️ If you’re selling products, I’ll cover that.

✔️ If you have social media, I’ll connect those to your site.

This video and all other customized training videos I record for your site and how to use it, will live inside your website for you to access anytime.

The remaining balance of your invoice is due.

And then we will finally launch your website to the world! 💃🕺💃

I provide you email support for 7 days following your launch. This time is to create any additional help videos you may need or to fix any bugs with the website.

Note: This two weeks is not making edits or continuing website work.
